Integration Requirements - Synapse WMS

Basic Requirements

When integrating your Synapse instance, Techdinamics will require the following information:

  • REST API keys (provided by the Made4net implementation team)
  • Customer ID(s)
  • Facility ID(s)
  • Single SKU mapping list (if needed)

  • Single Carrier mapping list (if needed)


Known Issues

Inventory Adjustments

Inventory Advice synchronization is only operable via SFTP exchange. There are no API calls available to achieve this flow.
