techOMS User permissions structure [Information]

When setting up Users in techOMS, you will have to define its Role and Permissions.

The Owner user role has the same permissions as the Administrator role, plus the ability to change the License Type.

Only Organization Owners and Organization Administrators can create Customer Support tickets directly from techOMS. Other Organization roles and all Account-level roles—including Account Administrators—cannot create support tickets. Users without ticket-creation permission can still use Support to copy and share technical context with someone who can create the ticket.
