techTRACK User Permissions Structure [Information]

This article explains the user permissions structure in techTRACK so you can identify which actions and information are available to your assigned Organization or Account role.

User Roles

When you set up Users in techTRACK, you must assign a role at the appropriate organizational level.

Organization Roles

  • Administrator: You have the broadest available access within your organization and its accounts. You can manage organization settings and access tracking, techAUDIT, report generation, logs, and other permitted administrative functions.

  • Audit: You can use techAUDIT across your organization's accounts, access permitted tracking and reporting functions, and view organization details.

  • User: You can access permitted tracking and reporting functions across your organization's accounts, along with read-only access to organization details.

Account Roles

  • Administrator: You can access permitted tracking functions and manage settings for your Account.

  • User: You can access permitted tracking functions for your account.
