Integration Requirements - ShipStream

Basic Requirements


When integrating your ShipStream instance, Techdinamics will require the following information:

  • API Username and Password (API Key)
  • API URL

  • Single Carrier mapping list (if needed)

  • Single SKU mapping list (if needed)


API setup is done per warehouse customer.


Known Issues

Outbound Orders 

  1. ShipStream does not have an inbuilt duplicate check by OrderRef.
  2. Shipstream does not support multiple lines with the same SKU.
